Director
Molly qualified as a solicitor in 1978 initially specialising in Family and Personal Injury work. She founded Twomlows in 1984 opening the firm’s first office in Caldicot. She continues to specialise in Family work (to which she brings over 35 years experience) but also enjoys private client work in Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Director
Andrew is in charge of the Criminal Department. Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1981. Following a spell working in prosecuting, he established Andrew Twomlow & Co as a specialist defence firm which amalgamated with Twomlows in 1987. Andrew has vast experience defending the most serious charges including murder, rape, historic sexual offences, conspiracy and fraud. He is also a Higher Rights (Crime) Advocate.
Director
Eleanor is a solicitor who qualified in June 2009, and since that time has worked in Twomlows crime team, initially in the Crown Court section but then in police stations and Magistrates Courts. More recently she has undertaken work in the Crown Court as a Higher Rights (Crime) Advocate. Eleanor also enjoys Personal Injury work.
Director
James graduated from Cardiff University in 2009 with a degree in law (then qualified as a Solicitor in 2016) and joined Twomlows in 2019 having spent the previous 10 years working in the legal sector of both public and private industry. James undertakes work in all areas of civil litigation including personal injury, property and boundary disputes, consumer rights, landlord and tenant, employment, professional negligence and breach of contract matters. James’ practice covers a wide area of disputes and he is therefore well placed to advise on a range of issues that may give rise to a disagreement between parties. In his spare time James enjoys spending time in the Monmouthshire countryside with his young family.

Solicitor
Lynn qualified in 1994 having studied at Cardiff University and Chester College of Law. For the past 30 years Lynn has specialised in private client work acquiring considerable experience in Wills, Estate and Trusts Administration, Estate Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, challenging land titles involving complex estates and trusts and some Court of Protection Work. Lynn collaborated with the Court in the Miners Respiratory Disease class action cases, to produce guidance for the profession on volume probate applications and has undertaken other prestigious roles. Lynn has acted as mentor and advisor to will writing teams and undertaken work for large charitable organisations. Lynn has a wealth of experience in the private client sector.
Solicitor
Huw qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and has specialised in crime, particularly youth work since 1994. Formerly partner in charge of criminal work with Watkins and Gunn (Pontypool), Huw joined Twomlows in 2005.
Head of Conveyancing
Formerly a music teacher, Elmira qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and Commissioner for Oaths in 2015 and has extensive experience in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, business sales, drafting legal documents such as Deeds of Variations, Transfers of Part, Leases and so on. Career highlights include acting for major property developers and facilitating multimillion pound property transactions on behalf of high profile clients whilst working for international law firms. Elmira prides herself in efficiency, compliance with legal processes, attention to detail, professional development and being approachable and available to clients.
Conveyancing Executive
Kath started her career as a legal secretary. She has been a mainstay of Twomlows residential conveyancing team in Monmouth for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge to residential conveyancing transactions.
Conveyancing Executive
Sue’s knowledge of conveyancing is extensive. Sue has worked in and around the local area for many years and is well acquainted with all the local property professionals and has detailed local knowledge. Sue is efficient, personable and takes great pride in her work. Sue will go the extra mile to ensure the needs of her clients are met.
Legal Executive
Jenna works within the criminal crown court department having obtained paralegal qualifications in 2013, and is in the final stages of obtaining legal executive status through CILEX Law School having qualified at higher level in criminal law and litigation in 2016. Jenna has extensive experience assisting clients and instructing barristers in relation to a wide range of serious criminal matters including murder, robbery, large scale fraud, rape and child sex offences. Jenna has also obtained a higher level qualification in Wills and the Administration of Estates.
Trainee Solicitor
Having graduated from a Law School with Bachelor’s degree in 2019, Lewis later completed his Masters degree in Legal Practice. Alongside his degrees, he worked in well-established law firms in Cardiff. Soon after successful completion of his studies Lewis joined Twomlows Solicitors and Advocates in its Private Client department undertaking work in areas such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Administration of Estates. Aside from private client practice, Lewis also assists in probation.
Outside of work Lewis competes nationally and internationally in equine related events and enjoys swimming and running.
